The annual XXVII scientific and practical conference of the International Association for Developing Education was held on December 18-19, 2021. CICED co-organized the event. The theme of this year’s conference was announced as “Subjectivity in Education”. The conference organizers also included the Moscow City Pedagogical University, the Authors’ Club, and SberObrazovanie. Within the framework of the conference, CICED presented its own mini-symposium dedicated to further developments of the Moscow City University and the Open Institute for Developing Education in the field of assessing the quality of education based on the cultural-historical theory of Lev Vygotsky, as well as the developments of colleagues made under the READ Program. The event was attended by representatives of the National Institute of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian State University, national centers for assessing the quality of education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Armenia. The conference was held online.
