On the 6th of September, CICED organized an online meeting together with experts from the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the goals and content of work within the framework of the READ Program in 2021-2024, an overview of approaches to the development and assessment of 21st century skills, the development of tools for assessing 21st century skills, an overview of the project on pedagogical interventions as a tool to improve the quality of basic education, options for teacher training and building national expertise, further development of tools to assess education quality and conducting cross-country comparative studies of the quality of education. The meeting was attended by Vasily Fedorovich Rusetsky, Head of the Research Center of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Vyacheslav Ivanovich Korotkevich, Chief Specialist of the Research Center of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Maria Borisovna Gorbunova, Specialist of the Research Center of the National Institute of Education Of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Pashko Victoria Leonidovna, specialist of the Research Center of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
